COVID crisis and nation wide shut down is wreaking havoc on the lives of many, especially the construction workers out of job, daily wagers, the elderly homeless vendors and hawkers. The Indian government is spread thin and is not able to help a large number of these people. At first, we were not sure how to help, because all of us are worried about our own safety, but luckily, some of our brave and selfless friends are distributing food to people who desperately need assistance.
